Companies Confident in Job Security Support, Employees Unsure

Hiring managers appear attuned to employee concerns, as 46% of U.S. and 42% of Canadian hiring managers believe employees at their company are more concerned about job security now than 12 months ago.

Companies are overwhelmingly confident in their ability to provide long-term (84% U.S.; 80% Canada) and short-term (84% U.S.; 82% Canada) job security, which may be due in part to the tactics their company uses.
