Cincinnati Company To Pay $87,000 After Investigation
A Cincinnati Company gets hits with an Overtime investigation and fine. The U.S. Department of Labor said Monday that Cincinnati Training Terminal and Services Inc. had agreed to pay $87,655 in overtime pay owed to 64 current and former workers following an investigation in which the department’s Wage and Hour Division discovered the company violated overtime pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
